Job Description

GEM Engineering is a Civil Engineering firm located in Cedar City, Utah. We specialize in geotechnical and environmental engineering, materials testing, and structural engineering. We are looking for Field Technicians, preferably with experience, but we are willing to train.
Field Technicians will:
Conduct soils, concrete, and asphalt tests Conduct laboratory testing Compile reports Identify various soil samples Interact with clients Qualified candidates should be able to: Pay attention to details Work with a sense of urgency Have good communication skills Work toward certifications Lift up to 50 lb. Willing to work outdoors Have a valid drivers license Additional Information Pay depending on experience. New certifications acquired during work experience will give you an automatic pay increase.
