The ideal candidate has basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, a friendly customer service attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills required, as the Scale Attendant will work on a computer throughout the shift. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, preferred. Ability to learn and adapt to new computer programs and systems. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude. Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills when interacting with customers and team members. Bilingual in English and Spanish Essential Duties and Responsibilities Weigh trucks and issue tickets to drivers at various sand and gravel pits for TM Crushing. Compile reports, organize information, and submit documentation to the main office. Perform routine physical inspections of truck scales and clean them as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the scale house and surrounding truck scale area. Communicate with customers to gather information about current TM Crushing projects and material delivery locations. Perform general office, administrative, and clerical duties as assigned.
