Quality Inspector - Weekly Pay!! Job Description I am seeking a qualified Quality Inspector to assist in the operation of the manufacturing line while ensuring the highest quality and striving for efficiency and excellence in all endeavors while adhering to all safety requirements. Responsibilities Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production. Inspect in-process and/or finished production assemblies and sub-assemblies for conformance to quality assurance standards. Read and follow visual aides, engineering change notices, or established operating procedures to determine acceptance or rejection of product. Work under close supervision of the manufacturing supervisor or other designated supervisor. Follow standardized and routine written directions and visual aides for assigned quality assurance inspection operations. Visually inspect products using magnifying glass, lot sampling methods, first article checks, and/or AOI machines. Enter standardized information into computerized MES system using simple keystrokes to indicate pass or failure of board. Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by the supervisor. Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy. Essential Skills Experience with quality inspection and assurance. Ability to perform visual inspections using tools such as a magnifying glass and AOI machines. Basic computer experience preferred for data entry into MES systems. Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards. Familiarity with PCBAs, circuit boards, and defect-free inspection. Basic knowledge of ESD (electrostatic discharge). Ability to be on feet almost all day and comply with PPE requirements. Additional Skills & Qualifications Mechanically inclined with experience in general labor and assembly. Experience with material handling and heavy lifting. Ability to read blueprints and follow engineering change notices. Familiarity with quality control, quality improvement, and defect inspection. Experience with micrometer, visual inspection, and quality assurance processes. Why Work Here? Work Environment The Tooele site is a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance. Employees are provided with OSHA-compliant training, PPE, and site-specific safety orientation. The workplace is fully on-site with strict attendance and timekeeping protocols, and employees must wear composite-toed shoes. Shifts available include 1st shift (7am-3:30 pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11:30 pm with a 10% differential), and 3rd shift (11pm-7:30 am with a 15% differential). Apply today with your most up-to-date resume! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
