Our staff provides services beginning at the engineering phase by conducting preliminary studies, to the construction phase by providing special inspections to ensure that future construction is built in accordance with building codes, project plans, and specifications. Earthtec Engineering's Lindon, UT office is currently looking for an Entry Level to Experienced Laboratory Technician to join our team! Pay is commensurate with experience and certifications. This position could be full or part time depending on the candidate. Position is in our Lindon, UT location. Laboratory Technicians are entry to experienced lab technicians that may or may not hold the appropriate ACI, UDOT, WAQTC and other certifications. They perform daily laboratory testing of construction materials including soils, concrete, masonry and asphalt. Earthtec Engineering is in need of entry level technicians with no experience to experienced technicians with certifications. Daily work will include performing scheduled laboratory tests at our Lindon location. Organizational skills, computer skills and attention to detail are needed. Requirements:

Must have a GREAT ATTITUDE and LOVE working in a fast paced industry. The laboratory position generally has a set schedule of 8am to 5pm. At the same time, the job does not get routine or boring as it provides a lot of variability in different tests and types of projects. Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history Those with existing ACI, UDOT and other certifications will be paid appropriately. Entry level employees with an interest in construction testing are encouraged to apply. All training is provided.
