Job Description
Become involved in the core process of textbooks. This position will be essential in the application of the Wolverine Access Program for the entire University. As a floor worker, you will attend to different student and faculty needs in relation to course materials. This includes answering questions, retrieving textbooks from the storeroom or warehouse and coordinating between team members and managers to fulfill daily tasks and agendas. Assist customers in obtaining their requested books and necessary course materials. Answer Wolverine Access questions and help troubleshoot problems as needed. Assist in the packing and the shelving of incoming or outgoing curriculum. Apply digital resources to ensure students have received correct materials. Daily utilization of store dedicated iPads and or laptops access textbook application software. Must be a current UVU student. Preferred Qualifications Tech Savvy Lift 40lbs of course materials Adaptable Good communication People Friendly Follow Verbal and written instructions effectively Ability to stand for long periods of time.
