In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our quality systems, support continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision, accuracy, and compliance are paramount. Responsibilities Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product dimensions and specifications. Perform quality audits across manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to
ISO 13485, ISO 9001, CGMP
(Current Good Manufacturing Practice), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and FDA regulations. Utilize calibration tools like coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and calibration standards to maintain measurement accuracy and consistency. Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, defect rates, and process performance to identify areas for improvement. Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems by documenting non-conformances, corrective actions, and process deviations. Participate in internal and external quality audits to verify compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues promptly, ensuring product integrity from raw materials to finished goods. Qualifications Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality systems such as
ISO 13485, ISO
9001, CGMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and draw actionable insights. Familiarity with calibration procedures and quality management software is preferred. Ability to perform detailed inspections using visual inspection systems and other advanced measurement tools. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
