SecretPOSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
): The QC/QA Lead- Custodial/Landscape provides oversight and management of custodial and landscape O&M quality assurance functions in large facilities.
Quality Program Leadership:
- Develop, implement, and manage QC/QA programs for custodial and landscape operations.
- Prepare and maintain method statements and documentation.
Compliance & Process Improvement:
- Oversee compliance with cleaning and landscaping standards.
- Audit and evaluate performance; implement corrective actions.
Reporting:
- Maintain clear documentation of audits, corrective actions, and team performance.
Working Conditions:
- Role is split between office work and on-site facility inspections.
- Occasional after-hours oversight.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to inspect facility interior/exterior environments.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Secret Clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree in a facilities management discipline.
- Minimum fifteen (15) years in major industrial or construction project QC/QA roles.
- Minimum five (5) years as a QC/QA Lead.
- In-depth knowledge of custodial and landscape O&M standards.
