As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a key part in ensuring that transformer products and components meet the highest standards from start to finish. You'll be at the center of manufacturing excellence-monitoring, inspecting, and testing materials and products to ensure they meet internal, customer, and industry expectations. In this role, your work directly supports reliable, high-performing products while minimizing defects and improving processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to root cause analysis, and help shape continuous improvement efforts across the operation. Shift:
