Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Beverage Sorting Specialist to join our dynamic production team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for meticulously inspecting and sorting beverage products to ensure they meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your keen eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to quality assurance will contribute significantly to delivering exceptional products to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision, safety, and compliance are paramount. Responsibilities Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections of beverage products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, height gauges, and vision inspection systems. Utilize quality standards in production and interpret manufacturing documents to accurately sort and classify products according to specifications. Operate and calibrate measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify product dimensions and ensure compliance with
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, and other relevant standards. Perform quality audits and inspections throughout the production process, identifying deviations from quality assurance protocols and documenting findings accurately. Maintain detailed records of measurement data, inspection results, and non-conformance reports in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), FDA regulations, and other regulatory/legal compliance standards. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues promptly, providing analysis support using GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles and basic math skills. Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing inspection data, participating in root cause analysis, and recommending process enhancements aligned with ISO standards. Requirements Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably involving beverage or food production. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing documents. Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as micrometers, height gauges, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Familiarity with
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, HACCP, FDA
regulations, and other industry-specific quality management systems. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately and interpret data effectively. Basic math skills essential for measurement calculations and data analysis. Ability to work with precision measurement tools and maintain calibration standards for measurement instruments. Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills; capable of performing multiple inspections efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Mechanical aptitude including understanding of GD&T principles and mechanical blueprint interpretation is highly desirable.
