Job Description
The individual must have training and experience in providing hands on care/services to individuals who have a diagnosis of intellectual/developmental disability. A minimum of an Associate's degree with at least two years of documented experience working the ID/DD population is required. Individual must pass a Virginia State Police Criminal Record Check, Department of Social Services Record and FBI checks. Individual is required to complete a Tuberculosis Screening Test upon employment and every year thereafter. The Quality Assurance Specialist will have experience with organizing and managing large quantities of files and records. They will display an enthusiastic, welcoming demeanor and professional customer service skills. They will possess a minimum of two years office experience. They will be proficient with MS Office program and ability to create spreadsheets and databases with Excel. They will utilize organizational skills and the ability to self-direct. They have the ability to work well under pressure. They will have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. They will have the ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned. They will have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and produce high quality and accurate work.
