Quality Assurance Auditor-Group Home Setting-Part-Time-Monday-Thursday 8am-3pm

Quality Assurance is a systematic process to improve business operations and increase customer satisfaction. It addresses both the quality of a finished product or service (the effectiveness of the operation) and the efficiency (costs and resources) of producing it. It is important to note that, in order for a business to be categorized as a high-quality operation, it must operate both effectively and efficiently. Quality Assurance addresses overall improvement of business operations in the prevention of defects, and Quality Control, a subset of Quality Assurance, focuses on detecting and correcting product variance. Examples of Quality Control include completing a job-ready checklist and performing inspections of installed work. Ultimately, the goal is to create a formal system that documents the structure, responsibilities, and procedures required to achieve effective quality management. QA is a process-based approach to optimizing effectiveness, efficiency, and variance prevention.

Can you explain your experience with documenting and investigating incidents within the CHRIS system? 4. What is your level of experience with ISP (Individual Support Plan) writing and reviewing? 5. Are you familiar with Plan writing in the WAMS system for DMAS? 6. Do you have experience writing a quarterly report from an ISP plan?
