This travel opportunity is tailored for experienced CT technologists ready to expand their expertise. The weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 8:00 am - 8:30 pm) allow you dedicated weekdays for local exploration or personal pursuits. During your assignment, you'll work with advanced GE and Philips scanner technology—handling varied patient populations and fast-paced emergency cases—ensuring every day brings both challenge and reward. Desired Experience & Qualifications 1+ year of dedicated CT imaging experience ARRT(R) and ARRT(R)(CT) certifications; active VA Radiology License Current BLS certification Proficiency in POCCreatinine testing (iStat), IV start, and multi-step procedural skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities; able to work independently Experience with
EPIC, PACS, GE
Revolution Ascend 64-slice scanner, and Philips scanners preferred No local candidates (must reside outside a 50-mile radius) Responsibilities Perform CT and general radiography procedures with attention to safety and patient care Conduct intravenous contrast exams in alignment with protocols Transport and prepare patients, maintaining equipment and cleanliness standards Strict adherence to radiation safety guidelines Document patient procedures, perform equipment quality control, and uphold departmental standards Contribute to a culture of excellence, respect, and teamwork Benefits & Perks Gain invaluable experience in a collaborative setting while enjoying premium compensation.
