What You ll Do As a Quality Assurance Technician, you ll play a key role in ensuring product quality, food safety compliance, and customer satisfaction through accurate testing and reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conduct routine testing and accurately analyze samples for internal and external customers Ensure compliance with food safety programs including GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and FDA standards Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain testing equipment and logs Communicate quality, safety, and security concerns promptly to team members and leadership Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment Perform intra-lab checks and support sanitation and safety initiatives What We re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate s or Bachelor s degree in food science, chemistry, biology, or related field preferred Experience in food manufacturing, laboratory testing, or quality assurance preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Why Join Mennel?
