Job Description
Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant, food industry, food manufacturing, food processing, or sanitation environment. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced food production environment . Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document findings. Preferred Qualifications Experience with HACCP, GMP, food safety, or quality control programs. Experience in a food manufacturing or processing facility. Experience with quality inspections, sampling, testing, or equipment calibration. Experience working with USDA or other food safety regulatory inspectors. Sous vide food production experience is a plus.
