Quality Inspector Specialist Position:
$18.50-18.50 / Hour Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service Fast Start Date Weekly Pay Job Duties for
Quality Inspector Specialist :
Perform specification testing and inspect products from raw materials through finished goods to ensure quality and traceability Compile and evaluate data to assess product quality and reliability and maintain accurate documentation Conduct daily patrol checks to verify production quality and report non-compliance, initiating NG documentation and corrective actions Verify incoming raw material quantities through physical counts Inspect, count, and sort in-process and finished goods to identify rework and scrap and document findings Calibrate and maintain gauges and inspection equipment and perform gauge capability studies Conduct quality testing including hardness, CMM, surface testing, and other required inspections Maintain product traceability using FIFO methods, including tracking rework and suspended materials Train production staff on proper use of gauges and inspection equipment Support internal and external ISO audits and maintain controlled documentation Halt production or shipment as needed to address quality issues and prevent nonconforming products Complete additional tasks as assigned by quality leadership Ability to read and interpret safety rules, production instructions, and policies Strong organizational skills with ability to manage information and materials Effective communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders These skills and abilities make you a great candidate for
Quality Inspector Specialist :
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rates, ratios, and percentages Ability to interpret SPC charts, graphs, blueprints, and technical drawings Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Strong problem-solving skills with ability to navigate differing opinions and support consensus decision-making Ability to sit, stand, walk, and reach frequently throughout the workday Ability to occasionally stoop, lift, and move up to 50 pounds Visual ability to read screens and documents and maintain close, distance, color, and depth perception Please apply by clicking the link below, then call our office (276) 335-2080 .
