Quality Inspector

at Blodgett Ovens in Essex Junction, Vermont, United States Job Description Ensure that ovens meet specific quality standards by conducting thorough inspections within the manufacturing facility. Identify defects, record findings, and collaborate with quality team to maintain and improve products. Manufacturing, Engineering and Sales Qualifications/Essential Functions:

+ Motivation for Quality and commitment to uphold its highest standards + Reliability as demonstrated through attendance and self-motivation + Capable of memory retention for work in various areas + Basic knowledge of gas combustion and a willingness to learn + Basic knowledge of electrical components and their function + Applied basic mechanical ability + Experience in reading and following wiring schematics + Organizational and problem-solving skills. + Flexibility to work in various work areas on a regular basis + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally + Ability to push and pull ovens on a platform cart + Able to work and interact professionally and effectively with technicians and co-workers + Knowledge of Excel and Word software + Willingness to assist other departments as directed. + Commitment to maintenance of a clean, organized and safe work environment.
