- Hands-on inspection work with precision components Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished parts using precision measuring tools
- Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM equipment to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Operate vision inspection systems to identify defects and confirm quality requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and process sheets
- Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation
- Create and track non-conformance reports when needed
- Work with production teams to help resolve quality concerns and support corrective actions
- Assist with continuous improvement of quality processes and procedures

- Prior experience in quality inspection or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Familiarity with CMM and vision inspection systems preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
