293389208 Job Description Description The Accreditation Program/ Policy specialist performs a variety of specialized duties in production, tracking, and documenting policy and procedures for the organization. Duties focus on assisting the directors, managers and supervisors in creating, documenting and archiving policies and procedures for both departmental and organization wide policies. Work at this level typically involves a variety of complex tasks requiring substantial knowledge of the department's work. Considerable independence and initiative is involved in determining how the work is performed and appropriate actions to be taken. Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Associate's Degree Clinical Discipline or Healthcare Related Field Or Any clinical discipline with equivalent education and/or experience. Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information. 5 years Healthcare experience in an acute care or ambulatory care setting. Two of the five years with direct patient care.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Clinical Discipline or Healthcare Related Field Experience leading and coordinating collaborative multidisciplinary partnerships. History of taking effective actions to address issues with main stakeholders.
