Job Description Job Summary:

Express in Bellingham is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to join a growing freeze-drying company. Pay:

$20.00 per hour to start, with a pay increase after the probationary period

Schedule:

Day shift Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Location:

Ferndale, WA Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Work with the Quality Team to develop and determine product quality standards Record and maintain inspection reports and documentation Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specifications Maintain calibration of quality control equipment Perform inspections across all stages of production Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly Prepare and package samples for testing, retention, and sales Assist with functions of the R D and QC lab as needed Participate actively in internal auditing programs and CAPA reports Record COA test results and methods for accurate reporting to customers Maintain supplier verification program to ensure we are following FSVP requirements Review, log, and file records, including production records Competitive Benefits Offered by this
