Job Description Job Summary:

Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham is hiring a full-time Production Worker / Assembler to join its manufacturing team in Everson, WA. In this role, you will help assemble and build precision testing instrumentation used to improve building performance worldwide. The ideal candidate has experience in soldering, mechanical inclined, and is committed to producing high-quality work while supporting team production goals.

Pay:

Earn $19.00

• 23.

00 per hour with a pay raise after the probationary period

Shift:

Monday-Friday, flexible hours between 6:00 am and 4:30 pm

Ferndale, WA Job Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Assemble precision instruments and components according to specifications, diagrams, and work instructions
• Use hand tools, small power tools, and measuring devices to complete assemblies accurately
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
• Maintain organized workstations and follow safety and manufacturing procedures
• Assist with testing, calibration, packaging, and labeling of finished products
• Identify and report quality, material, or equipment issues to supervisors
• Support team production targets while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Lifting up to 50lbs regularly
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and cross-training as needed Benefits Available to
