What You'll Do As a Quality Inspector, you'll play a critical role in ensuring products meet customer specifications and the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail will directly contribute to delivering safe, reliable, and precision-manufactured products. Responsibilities Perform in-process and final inspections using established procedures, inspection guides, and engineering drawings Verify products meet customer specifications and quality requirements Record and maintain inspection data and quality documentation Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, scales, microscopes, and other inspection tools Identify and document non-conforming products through the ERP system Communicate quality concerns and findings with production teams and supervisors Support operators by explaining visual inspection criteria and quality standards Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives Help maintain compliance with quality management system requirements What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of Quality Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Experience using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Basic computer skills, including data entry and Excel Ability to distinguish colors using samples or color standards Understanding of basic shop math and measurement conversions (English/Metric) Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of manufacturing experience Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or
ISO 13485
quality systems Experience with: Optical comparators Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) Statistical Process Control (SPC) Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) Microscopes and advanced inspection equipment Why Join Us? Competitive Compensation $24.00
