Quality Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on machined and fabricated parts
• Use precision measuring tools including Calipers, Micrometers, Gauges and other inspection equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records
• Identify non-conforming parts and assist with corrective actions
• Work closely with production, welding, and machining teams to resolve quality issues
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures Requirements for

Quality Technician:

• Previous experience in a machine shop, metal fabrication, or manufacturing environment
• Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Hands-on experience using calipers, micrometers and precision measuring tools
• Understanding of tolerances and inspection processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with weldments, structural steel or heavy fabrication preferred
• Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) preferred
• Prior experience in a job shop environment preferred
