Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Inspector Supervisor to lead our quality assurance team in maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily inspection activities, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will drive adherence to quality management systems and support manufacturing excellence across all production stages, ensuring our products meet rigorous quality standards and regulatory requirements. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the quality inspection team, ensuring timely and accurate assessments of products and processes. Implement and maintain quality systems aligned with
ISO 9001
standards, ensuring compliance across all manufacturing operations. Conduct regular quality audits to verify adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and other regulatory standards such as FDA regulations. Lead root cause analysis investigations for quality issues, utilizing Six Sigma methodologies to identify process improvements. Ensure all products meet established quality standards through rigorous inspection procedures, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and other measurement techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including production, engineering, and regulatory affairs—to implement corrective actions and improve overall product quality. Maintain detailed records of inspections, audit findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions to support compliance documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills Extensive knowledge of
ISO 9001, ISO, GMP, HACCP, CGMP, FDA
regulations, and other relevant industry standards. Proven experience in quality audits, quality control processes, and implementing quality management systems within manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of Six Sigma principles, Lean management practices, and quality systems integration. Expertise in GD&T measurement techniques and analysis skills for precise product inspection. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing setting. Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and reporting. Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and drive process improvements aligned with regulatory compliance standards.
