Role Description:

The Quality Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Hartland, WI. This position supports quality control and quality assurance activities across projects and products, helping to ensure that all deliverables meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with inspections and tests, recording and tracking quality data, maintaining and organizing quality documentation, and supporting the implementation of quality management procedures. The Quality Assistant collaborates with engineering, production, and project teams to resolve quality issues, participate in root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves preparing basic reports, supporting internal audits, and helping ensure that customer feedback is captured and addressed in quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain all documentation in the Quality Management System
• Responsible for various QA functions, including maintaining calibration, performing internal audits, and facilitating continuous improvement activities
• Ensure all documentation aligns with the Quality Manual and

ISO 9001

• Assist in maintaining all ongoing certifications and various compliance-related documentation with the Safety, Engineering, and Quality Manager
• Provide technical assistance to production on QA/QC issues
• Prepare reports through collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
• Perform other duties as assigned

Organizational Relationships:

• No immediate supervisory responsibilities
• This position reports directly to the Quality Manager Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to support inspections, testing, and compliance with established standards Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to assist in applying procedures, corrective actions, and continuous improvement practices Candidates should possess skills in Document Management to organize, track, and update quality records, test reports, and related documentation Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support root cause analysis for quality issues Relevant qualifications include strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with basic office software (e.

g., Excel, Word) Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and follow established procedures and safety guidelines Prior experience in manufacturing, healthcare construction, or a technical quality role is beneficial; exposure to ISO or similar quality standards is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary

Education, Experience or Licenses:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Blueprint or GD&T experience preferred
