3:00pm-11:00pm QPS Employment Group is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to ensure products meet quality standards. This role involves inspecting materials and finished goods, documenting results, identifying issues, and supporting process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an associate to hire opportunity in Ixonia, WI. Quality Control Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and quality
- Document inspection results and report non-conformances
- Collaborate with production teams to prevent defects
- Maintain quality control procedures and follow safety protocols
Quality Control Technician Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
- Experience in manufacturing or quality control
- Skilled in measurement tools, gauges, and reading blueprints
