Position Responsibilities Develop and implement QA processes, policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and legendary service. Perform manual testing across Quotes and supported sales systems, including Java Order Entry and Oracle, to deliver high-quality releases and enhancements. Collaborate with development and business teams to document, troubleshoot and resolve issues. Track testing progress and provide recommendations across multiple initiatives. Verify data accuracy using SQL queries and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in writing and executing SQL Statements. Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies a plus.
