Job Description
Job Summary Supports operational excellence by contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, adhering to quality management systems (QMS), and following standard work procedures. Assists in problem-solving efforts, including identifying performance gaps and participating in root cause analysis. Operates, maintains, and ensures proper use of equipment, including material handling equipment (MHE), while understanding calibration and maintenance requirements to prevent operational disruptions. Utilizes data and technology systems to support process controls and capture quality-related data for analysis and improvement. Executes quality performance standards by meeting KPIs, performing product rework (in-house and supplier-related), and conducting inspections on production and inbound components to ensure compliance with quality standards. Escalates issues as needed and supports corrective actions. Maintains awareness of production utilization, scheduling, and customer requirements to consistently meet or exceed expectations. Requirements 1+ year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and training Ability to read and interpret Bills of Material (BOM) Ability to work in a plant environment with extensive walking (up to 80% of the day) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly Proficient in reading and writing English 1st shift Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm $16.00 EOE
