Work Schedule This is a full-time, 3rd shift position. Sunday through Thursday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Every day brings a new challenge. Here are just a few of the things you'll do: Perform chemical and mechanical testing on aluminum alloys to support production. Conduct industrial X-ray and other non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify internal defects. Support new product launches through material testing and first-piece inspections. Perform and document quality testing on Air Set, Cold Box, Green Sand, and Shell Core sand systems, including physical property and process testing. Conduct incoming inspection and testing of vendor materials, accurately record results, and monitor trends to support quality and production. Provide backup support for NDT operations, including X-ray and material chemical analysis, as needed. Behind every quality product is someone who refused to overlook the details.
