Manitowoc, WI Description / Scope / Mission Support facility operations to ensure all components used in manufacturing meet specification. Assist in identifying and resolving vendor quality issues. Document and communicate quality issues to production management and Lab Coordinator to improve vendor performance and personnel training. Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities 1. Conduct inspections on components used in production. 2. Maintain master samples and component inspection files 3. Formalize inspection files into controlled document database. 4. Coordinate and/or conduct any testing necessary to qualify new components. 5. Maintain SPC data files 6. Process non-conforming product forms as necessary to document vendor quality issues 7. Check and release certified raws off COA comparison. 8. Perform other duties as required and requested by supervisor.MARGINAL JOB DUTIES

/ Qualifications / Experience High school diploma, HSED, or equivalent experience. Able to read, write and speak English language at the high school (12th Grade) level. Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook Trained on job. Must be self-motivated and initiate continuous improvement. Prior experience in a quality function is a plus.LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
