Job Description

MasterMold is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Technician to support our manufacturing operations and help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. This role is critical in maintaining product quality, supporting production teams, and driving continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.

About the
Role:
The Quality Technician is responsible for inspecting materials and products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with company, customer, and quality standards. This position works closely with production teams to identify issues, support corrective actions, maintain accurate quality documentation, and help reinforce a culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and testing on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products Document inspection results and maintain quality records accurately Identify quality concerns and communicate findings to production teams Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts Assist with implementing and maintaining quality procedures, standards, ISO and IATF requirements Participate in training and support quality best practices throughout the facility Help ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, manufacturing standards, and ISO and IATF expectations Support audit readiness activities and maintain accurate quality-related documentation Assist with root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to quality concerns
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing preferred Experience working within an IATF and ISO manufacturing environment strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to analyze information and identify quality concerns Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Experience with quality inspection tools and measuring equipment preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates degree in a related field Experience with SPC methods and quality systems Quality certifications such as Six Sigma or
ISO/IATF
