3:00pm-11:30pm (Mon-Fri) Join a dynamic team in the Food & Beverage industry as a QA Tech, ensuring product quality and safety standards are met. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to food safety initiatives, laboratory testing, and packaging quality assurance in a fast-paced environment. This position is located in Monticello, WI and has the opportunity for hire, QA Tech Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform quality audits on packaging lines to verify adherence to standards.
• Operate laboratory equipment and conduct chemical and microbiological analyses of raw and finished products.
• Collect environmental and on-site samples for monitoring purposes.
• Verify product compliance with master specifications and maintain accurate documentation of quality checks.
• Conduct facility pre-operation inspections, swab sampling, and environmental monitoring.
• Support food safety programs by identifying issues, documenting corrective actions, and reporting findings to supervisors.
• Prepare and update Device Monitoring Reports (DMRs) and support other QA-related activities as needed.

QA Tech Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent; specialized training in Food Technology or Laboratory Sciences preferred.
• Quality assurance experience in a food production environment is an advantage.
• Ability to lift and push/pull up to 50 lbs. regularly, with physical ability to stand for at least 8 hours.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.
• Proficient manual dexterity for laboratory tasks.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions consistently in a fast-paced setting.
