Job Description

Summary We are seeking a Quality Specialist to champion and support our ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System (QMS). This role is critical in driving operational excellence by ensuring compliance, maintaining quality documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Specialist will act as a cross-functional collaborator, engaging with operations, production, and regulatory teams to elevate quality standards across the site.
Responsibilities:

Compliance & Audit Readiness :
Maintain and continuously improve
ISO 9001
2015 QMS documentation, procedures, and practices. Ensure audit readiness through proactive documentation control, internal audit coordination, and cross-functional alignment. Manage the full lifecycle of corrective and preventive actions, including root cause analysis, action planning, and effectiveness verification to drive sustainable improvement.
Quality Assurance & Control :
Lead daily quality control processes including inspections, sampling, and product testing with assistance from management. Analyze quality performance data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement; support implementation of corrective actions. Maintain and update controlled documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), forms, and work instructions, to ensure accuracy and alignment with current practices.
Non-Conformance & Root Cause Analysis :
Investigate product/process non-conformities. Facilitate root cause analysis and lead corrective action plans.
Training & Regulatory Compliance :
Deliver training on QMS standards and audit preparedness. Ensure alignment with internal specs, customer expectations, and regulatory guidelines. Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration. Drive CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar tools. Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Production to implement process improvements Qualifications' 5+ years of progressive quality experience in a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated leadership in
ISO 9001
auditing Degree or diploma in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline Industry experience in reflective insulation, construction materials, or related sectors preferred Proficiency in reading technical drawings/specifications Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Detail-oriented with proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive accountability

$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
