St Nazianz, Wisconsin ABR Employment Services is hiring a Fabrication (Saw Operator) to join a busy manufacturing team in St. Nazianz, Wisconsin (Manitowoc Area). If you enjoy hands-on work, running equipment, and producing quality parts, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a reputable employer. Schedule 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM/30 min. unpaid lunch Monday-Friday Pay $21-$25/hour, based on experience What you'll do Set up and operate saws (ex: band saw, circular saw, miter saw; CNC saw experience is a plus) Adjust blade height/speed/angle to match material and cut requirements Load, position, and cut materials accurately to measurements and tolerances Perform repetitive cuts while maintaining consistent quality Inspect finished cuts for accuracy and quality; report defects or concerns Complete routine maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, replacing blades/parts as needed) Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Keep your work area clean, organized, and production-ready Communicate with teammates and supervisors to support smooth workflow What we're looking for High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training a plus) Prior experience operating saws or similar cutting equipment in a manufacturing/production environment Comfort reading basic measurements and interpreting work instructions/prints Strong attention to detail and safety-minded work habits Ability to stand for long periods and work with your hands throughout the shift Work environment / physical requirements Manufacturing environment with noise, dust, vibration, and moving mechanical parts Standing and repetitive hand motions are common throughout the shift For more information call Kristin at 920-684-8324 or email her at kkracaw@abrjobs.com.
