Job Description

Dells-Maid Cleaning Solutions is hiring a Field Trainer & Quality Assurance Specialist! Are you an experienced cleaner with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail? We're looking for someone to help train new team members, conduct quality inspections, and ensure our cleaning standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
Train and mentor new cleaning technicians Conduct quality control inspections at client homes and businesses Provide coaching and performance feedback Document training progress and inspection results Assist in maintaining company standards and procedures Support management with employee development and accountability
Qualifications:
Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and leadership skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and professionally
