Part-Time Sewing Machine Operator (Seasonal)
Location:
Siloam Springs, AR Schedule:
Approximately 20 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Position Type:
Part-Time, Seasonal (Now through November) Additional hours available as workload requires About the Position We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our production team during our busy season. In this role, you'll operate a commercial sewing machine to apply labels, patches, and other finishing details to apparel and accessories including t-shirts, hoodies, hats, jackets, and bags. What You'll Do Operate a commercial sewing machine to apply woven labels, patches, and other embellishments. Prepare garments and products for sewing. Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy. Follow production schedules and complete work efficiently. Keep your work area organized and clean. Assist with other production and finishing tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Dependable with a positive attitude. Willingness to learn new skills. Able to work independently while maintaining quality standards. Able to sit or stand for extended periods and use repetitive hand movements. Experience No sewing experience required—we'll train the right person. Experience in sewing, crafting, manufacturing, or production work is a plus but not required.
