Responsibilities:

Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble pillows & home furnishings products according to specifications Follow patterns, templates, and work orders to ensure accurate construction and consistent quality Inspect finished pieces for defects, loose threads, and proper seam alignment Maintain a clean and organized workstation to support efficient production flow Meet daily production quotas while upholding quality standards Perform basic machine maintenance and report any equipment issues to supervisors Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and fulfill production goals

Requirements:

Previous experience in sewing, home furnishings products, preferred Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and related equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to work at a steady pace and meet production targets Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced environment
