What You'll Do Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and produce finished products. Follow work orders, blueprints, and production schedules accurately. Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and durability standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot sewing equipment as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets. Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe. What You Bring Prior experience in industrial sewing or a similar role. Skilled in operating various industrial sewing machines. Knowledge of different fabrics, stitching methods, and techniques. Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions.
