This role is best suited for someone who enjoys hands on work and can accurately recreate designs from reference photos. This is not a high volume production role. Each piece is unique and requires focus and accuracy. Fashion forward, design focused, non basic pieces. Role Overview You will construct and recreate garments based on provided references, primarily working with vintage denim and mixed materials. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow direction closely is required. Key Responsibilities Construct garments based on provided designs and references Operate industrial sewing machines (Juki experience preferred) Execute clean, precise stitching across different fabrics Match designs closely to reference photos and instructions Perform quality checks before submitting finished pieces Maintain an organized and efficient workspace Important Notes About This Role Work is based on order volume. Some weeks are lighter, some are heavier Typical workdays may include Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, depending on workload Schedule may vary week to week, so flexibility is required This role is best for someone who has a secondary income or flexible schedule Dependability and consistency are required Accuracy and attention to detail are more important than speed in the beginning Requirements Proven experience in garment construction and sewing Ability to follow detailed instructions and replicate designs accurately Strong attention to detail and habit of double checking work Experience working with denim and mixed materials preferred Reliable transportation to the Chamblee Tucker area Ability to work in person 2 to 4 days per week with flexibility Applicants must provide examples of their work (portfolio or social media) Compensation Earnings typically range from $15 to $40 per hour based on piece rate, skill level, and efficiency Higher accuracy and skill level lead to higher earning potential Hiring Process Selected candidates will complete a short, paid test by constructing one garment. This is to evaluate skill level, attention to detail, and ability to follow direction.
