Duties Ensure a clean and safe environment within our warehouses. Assist with Work Order picking and fulfillment Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed within our Shipping Department Assist with material handling using forklifts, straddle stackers, and hand trucks to move sheet goods and fabricated components efficiently. Support machining processes including CNC milling machines, by preparing materials and ensuring proper setup. Support fabrication activities by helping move, hold, and load materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols involving tooling, machining equipment, and material handling devices like forklifts and cranes. Assist in troubleshooting machine issues or tooling problems to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production flow. Requirements Prior experience or familiarity with manufacturing environments involving CNC machines, welding, or fabrication processes is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of hand tools, tooling setups, and safety procedures related to machining and fabrication equipment. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not required upon hire. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining quality standards during production.
