We are looking for motivated individuals with a positive attitude to add to our team. Starting pay is based upon experience. Applicants start training at $15.00 hr. After trained and efficient you can make as much as 50k a year with paid holidays, vacation, and matching 401K. Please see the details below.

Job Responsibilities:

Cut out products using a digital cutting machine. (no prior experience necessary) Proven experience as a sewing machine operator or in a similar role. Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines and related equipment. Strong understanding of sewing techniques, patterns, and fabric types. Ability to measure accurately and follow detailed instructions. Ability to understand Manufacturing Work Order (MOs). Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to Self Manage well in a fast paced environment Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well with a team. Ability to be teachable & receive/follow instruction from managers/team members Ability to stand or sit for long periods. Capability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
