The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in garment construction and demonstrate proficiency in operating sewing machines. This role involves fabricating and sewing various types of garments, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. Responsibilities Operate sewing machines and other equipment to fabricate garments according to specifications. Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, stitching, and finishing. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet design specifications and standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the sewing process and implement solutions effectively. Experience Proven experience in garment construction and sewing techniques is essential. Familiarity with various types of fabrics and their handling is preferred.
