Your attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship will ensure each piece meets our standards of excellence. We're looking for experienced individuals. You'll play a vital role in bringing our products to life with precision and passion. Duties Operate various sewing machines efficiently and safely to assemble garments and textile items Follow detailed work instructions and specifications to ensure accurate garment construction Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to design standards Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve workflow processes Troubleshoot minor sewing machine issues promptly to minimize downtime.
