Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Fabrication Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and programming CNC equipment, along with a background in manufacturing, woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, or fabrication environments. This role is responsible for operating fabrication equipment, producing accurate and high-quality cuts, maintaining equipment and safety standards, and supporting daily production goals. Success in this position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, experience with production tracking systems or manufacturing software, and a continuous improvement mindset focused on quality, efficiency, and teamwork. Preferred Experience CNC machine operation and programming experience. Manufacturing, woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, or fabrication shop experience. Experience using production tracking systems or manufacturing software. Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement mindset. Key Responsibilities Operate fabrication equipment to cut, size, and finish materials according to specifications. Perform accurate miter, straight, and specialty cuts. Verify dimensions and quality requirements before and after fabrication. Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks. Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards. Assist with material movement, packaging, and shipping preparation as needed. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
