1st Shift - 5:00am-3:30pm: Monday - Thursday with occasional Friday. We are seeking Sewing Machine Operator to join our team! Do you enjoy working with your hands? You will stay active and on the move rotating into various stations in this fast-paced environment assembling bug screens, winter fronts and more! Core Functions Operate sewing and production machines to meet quality and productivity goals Perform in-process inspections to ensure products meet specifications Conduct pre-operation checks and make basic machine adjustments as needed Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or tooling needs promptly Maintain accurate production and material usage records Adhere to safety procedures, quality standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S standards Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Assist with additional tasks as needed to support continuous production Qualifications and Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
  • Prior experience operating manufacturing, packaging, and process control equipment preferred Physical Requirements This position is subject to
