Duties Set up and operate various sewing machines with precision and efficiency to produce garments according to specifications. Follow detailed sewing instructions and work from patterns, sketches, or technical sheets to ensure accurate construction. Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to safety standards, making adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are in optimal condition for continuous production. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Troubleshoot common sewing machine issues quickly to minimize downtime and keep production flowing smoothly. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and manufacturing guidelines to promote a safe working environment for all team members. Experience Proven experience operating sewing machines in a manufacturing or warehouse setting, preferably within the apparel or textile industry. Strong knowledge of garment construction techniques and sewing best practices. Familiarity with different types of sewing machines and their maintenance requirements. Ability to interpret technical drawings, patterns, or instructions accurately. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating comfort working in fast-paced environments with physical demands.
