Operate industrial blind stitch sewing machines to assemble and finish textile products. Sew hems, seams, and other garment components according to specifications. Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and proper stitching. Follow production instructions, patterns, and specifications. Maintain consistent stitching quality and production speed. Make minor machine adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety and production procedures. Assist with other sewing and production duties as needed. Blind Stitch Sewer:

Previous industrial sewing experience required. Experience operating a blind stitch machine preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to perform repetitive sewing tasks for extended periods. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Manufacturing and production environment. Frequent sitting and repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to maintain concentration while operating sewing equipment. Ability to handle fabric and textile materials.
