Full Job Description Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator for both our Contract Department and the Iconic Stormy Kromer. Become a vital part of creating high-quality, durable products with little to no experience required. In this role, you will operate industrial sewing machines with precision and efficiency, contributing to the seamless production process. Your expertise will help ensure that each item meets our strict quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Responsibilities Set up and operate industrial sewing machines to produce hats, garments, and other textile products according to specifications Monitor machine performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal operation and quality output Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules to meet deadlines Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members and maintenance to troubleshoot machine issues and improve workflow efficiency Document production data accurately, including quantities produced and any machine maintenance performed Requirements Ability to commit to shift schedule, Mon-Thurs 530am - 330pm. Strong knowledge of sewing techniques and fabric handling preferred but not required Prior experience in manufacturing environments Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality output Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand and sit for extended periods and handle fabric materials comfortably Basic understanding of safety procedures related to machinery operation Join us in creating exceptional products through skilled craftsmanship!
