In this role, you will use industrial sewing equipment to create quality products while contributing to a fast-paced, team-focused environment. What You'll Do:
Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and manufacture products according to specifications. Ensure finished products meet quality standards through careful inspection and attention to detail. Read and follow work orders, production instructions, and patterns. Maintain productivity goals while delivering exceptional workmanship. Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment issues as needed. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
What We're Looking For:
Previous industrial sewing or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Dependable attendance and a positive attitude. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
