Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime may be required beyond the posted work schedule and may vary on a weekly basis. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Able to work in a fast-paced production environment. Operating industrial sewing machine to sew parts, for both cushion and flatwork to meet production schedule. Working with complex fabric, need to be very detailed and quality minded. Able to comprehend tickets/specs, etc., to ensure accuracy. Responsible for being efficient and meeting quality standards. All other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES COMBO

Sew experience 2 years minimum. Lean Manufacturing knowledge a plus.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work full time. Effective communication skills Good organizational skills and detailed oriented Basic Computer Skills. Must be able to lift/handle/carry 25 lbs. + Long periods of sitting (minimum 10 hour per day) Able to work independently.
