Job Description

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a dedicated Sewing Machine Operator to join their team. As a Sewing Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the creation of high-quality sewn and assembled products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
First shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm What's the Job? Perform all duties associated with the production of Webriders, WCU Units, Straps, Sinuweb, and other sewn or assembled products. Check tools and equipment for abnormalities and prepare them for startup. Refer to work instructions and product specifications for each production order. Collect raw materials needed for production and operate heavy sewing on a surger sewing machine. Adhere to safety policies, maintain a clean work environment, and perform other functions as directed by management. What's Needed? Must have double needle sewing experience with an industrial machine. Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Good organizational and time management skills. Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. What's in it for me? Opportunity to gain valuable manufacturing experience.
